SPRiNG ROLLS

INGREDIENTS

Rice paper 

Carrot 

Cucumber spinach

Chicken / shrimp / cottage cheese / tofu

Cilantro / lettuce 

Red bell pepper 

Avacado (optional)

Purple cabbage (optional)

Peanut sauce 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Fill a wide bowl with atleast an inch of warm water. Dip one rice paper wrap in the water for 5-10 Sec. Remove and lay on flat surface.
  • Place thinly sliced ingredients at different surfaces of rice paper.
  • Pick up the end of the rice paper closest to the mound of veggies . Grab each end and fold over like a burrito. Continue wrapping until sealed . Make for pieces
  • Store in refrigerator , until ready to eat ,the cut in half of the bias . Enjoy with peanut sauce .
